Mr. Cox and Mr. Twaddell will be addressing the Pennsylvania State Association of Township Supervisors on Monday, April 20, 2009, during their annual meeting in Hershey on the impact of the international credit crises and demise of the non-bank credit market on municipal borrowing and strategies and solutions to manage capital financing in the midst of the crisis.
