Tom French will be a presenter  at the 2009 Continuing Education seminar for Certified Trust Financial Advisors, sponsored by the Fiduciary Education Foundation, an affiliate of the American Bar Association. 

The conference will take place at the Harrisburg Hilton from May 20 to May 22, and provides required continuing education for trust officers and other fiduciary advisors who hold the CFTA certification. 

Mr. French, who has spoken often at past conferences, will provide an update on fiduciary duty, recent developments in Orphans' Court litigation, and e-discovery.
