Robert J. Tribeck

Rob Tribeck is Chairman of Rhoads & Sinon’s Litigation Group, which encompasses the firm’s Business Litigation, Employment and Labor, Construction Litigation, Environmental and Land Use Litigation, Education Law, Bankruptcy & Workout Strategies, Appellate, and Fiduciary and Trust Litigation Practice Groups. 

He regularly represents clients in complex business and employment litigation. He has defended cases before Federal and State Administrative Agencies, State Trial and Appellate Courts, and Federal Bankruptcy, District, and Appellate Courts throughout Pennsylvania, and in New Jersey, Maryland, Delaware, Virginia, Georgia, Michigan, Ohio, New Mexico, California, and Texas.

Mr. Tribeck has particular expertise in the area of federal litigation. From 1994 through 1996, he served as a Federal Law Clerk with the Honorable William W. Caldwell of the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania. Since joining Rhoads & Sinon, he has served as lead counsel in a variety of complex federal litigation disputes, including insurance coverage,  intellectual property, check-kiting and bank fraud, employment discrimination, wage and hour and lender liability litigation.  

His practice also includes the counseling of clients on employment matters and, when necessary, the defense of litigation, in matters arising under Federal and State laws such as Title VII, the Americans With Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, ERISA, the Fair Labor Standards Act, OSHA, and the Family and Medical Leave Act.

Mr. Tribeck counsels clients on employment and business matters, including intellectual property rights, confidentiality and non-compete agreements, licensing issues, contract disputes, and internet business and security issues.
