Cory Iannacone is a member of the firm's Employment & Labor and Business Litigation practice groups. As a member of the Employment & Labor group, Mr. Iannacone represents both public and private sector employers in labor issues including collective bargaining agreement negotiations, defense of grievances, and defense of unfair labor practice charges before the Pennsylvania Labor Relations Board and the National Labor Relations Board. Mr. Iannacone also counsels employers in employment matters including the hiring and firing of employees, employee discipline, and defense of discrimination and retaliation claims. In doing so, he has successfully defended discrimination and retaliation claims brought against employers in state and federal court, as well as complaints filed with the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
As a member of the firm's Business Litigation practice group, Mr. Iannacone has gained trial experience before both state and federal courts where he has successfully defended and prosecuted claims on behalf of his clients.
