Jack Hurley is a senior member of the firm's Real Estate and Federal, State & Local Taxation practice groups. He has an extensive and varied real estate and land use practice involving representation of developers, landowners, contractors and other business clients in the acquisition, development, construction, leasing and financing of industrial, commercial and residential real estate. His practice extends throughout central Pennsylvania and regularly involves multi-state transactions.
Mr. Hurley also represents clients with regard to Pennsylvania state tax matters. He is the author of several articles for Pennsylvania trade journals on Pennsylvania sales and use taxes and contributing author of Pennsylvania Corporation Tax Law and Practice, a treatise on Pennsylvania corporate tax law.
Mr. Hurley is experienced in municipal law, including serving as solicitor to the Susquehanna Area Regional Airport Authority, which owns and operates the Harrisburg International and Capital City Airports.
