James Ellison is an experienced member of Rhoads & Sinon's Business Litigation and Education practice groups. He has represented corporate and municipal clients in a wide range of litigation matters involving commercial disputes, construction claims, civil rights defense, labor and employment issues, school law and personal injury. Mr. Ellison has litigated matters in state and federal courts, as well as various state agencies such as the Board of Claims and the State Charter School Appeals Board. He has also prosecuted and presided over public school personnel actions and local agency proceedings. He is General Counsel to the Harrisburg School District and former General Counsel to the Harrisburg Authority. Mr. Ellison serves as Solicitor for the Coatesville Area School District and Central Dauphin School District.
