Kelly Decker is a senior litigation associate in the firm’s Business Litigation and Construction Law practice groups. Ms. Decker has extensive experience in all aspects of civil litigation and regularly appears in various state and federal courts. In addition, Ms. Decker routinely and effectively represents clients in arbitrations and mediations.
Ms. Decker focuses her practice and serves Rhoads & Sinon’s clients in the area of construction law, both in and out of court. She regularly counsels construction industry clients throughout construction projects, including drafting and negotiating contracts. Ms. Decker also litigates construction related matters including payment disputes, construction defect claims, and mechanics' lien claims.
In addition to her construction law practice, Ms. Decker regularly defends clients in complex business disputes. Her diverse practice includes cases involving manufactured home builders, professional malpractice claims, employment discrimination, contract disputes, and defense of consumer protection claims.
While Ms. Decker primarily practices in the state and federal courts of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, she routinely defends clients in the state and federal courts of New Jersey.
