Lawrence Abrams practices in the areas of estate planning, real estate development and mortgage financing, business and administrative law. Mr. Abrams currently serves many successful clients in creating and administrating meaningful business succession plans, and conservative asset transfer plans to enable clients to enjoy the satisfaction of knowing their spouses and families will be provided for in the event of death.
Mr. Abrams has gained a reputation for making real estate projects work for the maximum benefit of his clients and the others in the transaction. He has capably assisted numerous clients with their real estate investments, representing them before local planning and zoning boards and mortgaging, leasing and creating condominium projects.
Mr. Abrams represents taxing bodies and private clients in property tax strategies and appeals throughout central and eastern counties of the Commonwealth.
Mr. Abrams has extensive, first-hand experience in governmental affairs. He formerly chaired the Board of the Pennsylvania Energy Development Authority and formerly served as a Commissioner of the Pennsylvania Independent Regulatory Review Commission.
