Lori McElroy is an experienced member of Rhoads & Sinon's Federal, State & Local Taxation practice group. Ms. McElroy has extensive experience in complex governmental regulations and restrictions applicable to qualified retirement plans from both an implementation and operation standpoint. Ms. McElroy has had substantial involvement in numerous corporate and individual tax issues surrounding business formations and reorganizations.
Ms. McElroy is also fundamentally involved in various aspects of estate planning and wealth management, as well as the implementation and operation of a variety of charitable trusts. In addition, Ms. McElroy regularly advises tax exempt organizations on corporate and tax matters.
In addition, Ms. McElroy also represents individuals and entities in tax controversies against the Internal Revenue Service.
