Paul Wessell has represented clients in the purchase and sale of both public and closely-held businesses and has advised clients on corporate and securities law matters, including registered securities offerings and private placements. He has also represented banks and borrowers in their commercial loan transactions and trustees in asset securitizations. Mr. Wessell has represented nonprofit loan funds in state securities laws compliance.
Mr. Wessell served for many years on the Title 15 (Association Code) Task Force of the Business Law Section of the Pennsylvania Bar Association.
Prior Experience
- Mr. Wessell practiced with the prominent national law firm of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom in Washington, D.C. where he was involved in mergers and acquisitions involving public and private companies, and in the representation of developers and engineering companies in complex cogeneration project financing transactions.
