Thomas French is the firm’s senior business litigator, with over 25 years of trial experience handling numerous cases through verdict and appeal. His diverse practice includes cases involving business and banking disputes, insurance law, corporate ownership and control controversies, defense of professional malpractice suits, contract, trade secret and unfair competition claims, product liability, and fiduciary liability issues. Mr. French focuses on representation of financial institutions, insurance companies, manufacturing and service companies, and business owners as well as individuals.
Mr. French also counsels clients in government and regulatory investigations and on meeting their e-discovery compliance obligations.
