Vincent Champion is a of member Rhoads & Sinon Business Litigation and Education practice groups. Mr. Champion currently focuses his time on representing school districts. He also represents businesses, financial organizations and individuals in the areas of commercial litigation and collections.
Mr. Champion also provides general business counsel to nonprofit and small businesses. He practices regularly before federal and state courts, and has expanded his litigation practice to include matters before the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission, the Worker’s Compensation Board, the EEOC and the American Arbitration Association.
Prior Experience
- In-house counsel for the Pennsylvania Higher Education Assistance Agency, where he litigated in federal court, bankruptcy court and state court, provided representation during administrative hearings, provided legal counsel for various agency business initiatives and directed bankruptcy litigation outside Pennsylvania.
