Rhoads & Sinon’s Energy, Utility & Telecommunications practice group has extensive experience in participating in utility rate making matters for Pennsylvania investor owned utilities and other clients. Rhoads & Sinon also has advocated on behalf of energy marketers and brokers, technology companies, demand response companies, commercial customers and other types of clients in various regulatory proceedings.
Our practice group has extensive knowledge of the effects of deregulation in Pennsylvania and in other states across the country. One of our core competency areas within this field is the representation of municipal water and wastewater utilities in Pennsylvania. Our work for these clients includes providing counsel on many regulatory matters in addition to rate cases, such as applications, permitting issues, enforcement actions and billing disputes.
