Rhoads & Sinon has been representing clients in matters before Pennsylvania administrative agencies since its founding in 1935. We also have extensive experience in appeals of agency decisions to the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania. We regularly appear before the Commonwealth Court and have particular expertise in deciphering the sometimes unusual rules and procedures applicable in litigation, whether appellate or original jurisdiction, before their tribunal.
