Administrative Litigation

Rhoads & Sinon has been representing clients in matters before Pennsylvania administrative agencies since its founding in 1935. We maintain a diverse group of attorneys who have a wide range of experience before nearly every administrative body within the Commonwealth. Some of the agencies before whom we have recently represented clients include:

We understand how administrative hearings are conducted, the applicable pre-hearing procedures and the manner in which information can be obtained or protected as part of the administrative process. We have unique insight into both the regulations promulgated by the agencies before whom we appear and general administrative law, procedures, and standards.

We also have extensive experience in appeals of agency decisions to the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania. We regularly appear before the Commonwealth Court and have particular expertise in deciphering the sometimes unusual rules and procedures applicable in litigation, whether appellate or original jurisdiction, before their tribunal.
