Amanda J. Lavis Named 2015 “Woman to Watch” by Central Pennsylvania Business Journal

Harrisburg, PA (Aril 15, 2015) – Rhoads & Sinon is pleased to announce that Amanda J. Lavis, has been named the “Woman to Watch” in the 2015 Women of Influence awards. 

The “Woman to Watch” award is presented to a woman under the age of 30 who is stepping up to help shape the Central Pennsylvania of tomorrow.  It is one of three special recognition awards presented at the Women of Influence awards.  The Women of Influence awardsalso recognizes 25 women leaders in the mid-state who are influential in their companies, industries and communities, and have solid reputations based on their experience, integrity, leadership, and accomplishments.

Ms.  Lavis was selected as by the judges for her leadership and achievements within Rhoads & Sinon, as well as her contributions to the community.  Ms. Lavis is currently an attorney in the firm’s Business Litigation, Labor & Employment and Intellectual Property practice groups.  She also is an active community member, and most recently, is a member of the Board of Directors for the Central Pennsylvania Youth Ballet.

As the “Woman to Watch”, Ms. Lavis will be recognized at an event on Monday, June 15 at the Hilton Harrisburg, as well as in a publication to be inserted in the June 19 issue of the Central Penn Business Journal.
